I've had a lot of requests on how to achieve a 'Victoria Secret' hairstyle that the models are seen wearing on the catwalk, so I hope you enjoy my take on it! The NuMe Curl Jam set was a pleasure to work with, and I'm sure you will love it too!
I would like to thank NuMe for sending me this set to have a play with.

Love This Video .. Love Your Hair .. Love, Love, Love it !
!! *2-thumbs-up* !!
I have rather thick hair and if I have to curl my hair, there will be many more sections .. oh dearie me .. I could sprain both my arms !! *haha* !!
Seriously wish I could curl my hair using The NuMe Curl Jam " *sad* "
+Nina Vidal Yes, provided you leave your hair around the wand to heat up fully, and then pin it and leave to cool then it should be fine. If your hair is particularly straight then I would be inclined to use a setting spray on your hair first.
I really need to start pining my curls while they cool off it also helps the curls last longer but Im sooo lazy cause I have so muuch hair :( its a fail for me to even try the messy braids cause my arms get so tires...I haven't curl my hair in a while but ima try doin it this way... lovely hair btw! XO*
+Jane Edward I have a root tint done (which I change the colour for all the time just to match whatever colour my hair has washed out to) and I have highlights. But I have it done by my hairdresser so I don't know what colours I have as I change them all the time.
Shonagh, I've been a cosmetologist for over 30 years and I think I'm qualified to say " when you've got the gift YOU'VE GOT THE GIFT" and dearest, you've got the gift. I been an instructor as well, and know that if you ever stopped learning your craft or gaining knowledge , or learning from the next generation you might as well turn in your shears...
What I'm trying to say is I'm thankful you are willing to share your knowledge and I pray I never stop learning from you...bless you, you are going far and will definitely make a mark in the craft😻
+Marilyn Webster Marilyn that is so kind, thank you very much! I always respect other artists and cosmetologists, and I appreciate your words. I feel fortunate that I had an artistic Mum who helped me to find my path :)
Gorgeous hair! In Kazakhstan those curlers absolutely do not work on our hair 😁 our hair gets straight in seconds after curling 😄 but our solution is the "carrot" curler which works just great! I am wondering that in the UK and the US it's not widely spread 😳 have never seen any blogger using it 😳
WOW these curls are beautiful. Quick question, the little clips you have where did you pick them up, they are the perfect size, My hair is long and around the same thickness as your hair, normal clips fall out but these look spot on :) xx
Wow your hair looks stunning Shonagh. I am still using the old clampy style curling tongs....the things are nearly as old as I am, teehee. I really should get myself a good curling wand, lol. Thanks for sharing. Lee xx
