Dr. Steven Teitelbaum discusses some of the causes of gynecomastia and treatment option. In this live patient demonstration, Dr. Steven Teitelbaum discusses this man with no extra fat, just excess glandular tissue likely caused by the use of supplements.
There are some men who are on medications known to cause male breast development, whether by prescription or illicitly. It is advisable to curtail all illicit substances for many reasons, beyond just the gynecomastia. If you are on prescription medicines that might be related to causing gynecomastia, discuss with your prescribing doctor whether there are alternative drugs for you to take.

Hey, so have you tried Baker Henistole's suggestion? Google him if you're fed up and just want to have a flat chiseled chest without haven’t to go through 6months of training. It's all natural, and you can get it over within 30 days or less.
Actually the truth is both male & female mammals have mammary equipment. We have our mammary equipment before we have our reproductive equipment. Bulls male Cattle have teats and a certain amount of udder/breast tissue. Male Sheep & Goats also have teats & mammary tissue, and for whatever reason male Goats lactate. It doesn't stop them from being males though. Mammary equipment is so much a characteristic of gender as it is a characteristic of being a mammal. Some species of Birds produce milk for their young, and it's produced by both sexes/parents. Shame nature didn't do the same with mammals. :(
Personally, I think the guy has a beautiful chest. I find men's chests and especially their nipples very attractive and sexually stimulating. His nipples are beautiful to me. Men who take care of themselves like this guy does, should accept their bodies, especially their chests as it is and should not feel self conscious about any deformities they might have or even think they have.
I have been facing this issue since long. But I don't have enough money to get rid of this shit. In my country , even boys facing this problem are having no idea about it . A very long time ago , I shared my problem with a renowned surgeon but he seriously rejected me to go under knife and instructed me to go for Cardio and Weight Training. Now the situation is despite having a good body shape my nipples are still puffy and looks terrible. People still make fun me in gatherings and gym as well . I really wish if our worthy Doctors could help me on a humanitarian ground , this would be a very life changing experience for me.
Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, i am from Bangladesh. I just need to know whether i have a fatty chest or gynecomastia, because my hormonal reports are fine, but i have about 22% body fat. Thank you in advance.
I don't understand the big issue with this so called medical condition. This guy doesn't look strange or feminine and it's not that noticeable. Apparently, the condition doesn't pose many health risks, so it seems like as men, we're just judging our bodies unnecessarily in many cases and getting expensive surgery to live up to some standard of appearance. If women deserve to feel good about their bodies in a variety of shapes and sizes, then don't we all, even the men?
+Luis Carlos sorry if I offended you. Everyone's experience is different, and like you said there are different levels. I just feel like my own chest is somewhat big or puffier than usual and I hate feeling like I have to go have a surgeon cut me up in order to look normal.

+SPEEDY GAMING stay away from estrogen-related substances, including plastics (BHP in food containers, etc), soy, and processed foods. Try a more paleo-friendly diet and hit the gym. By the time you're through adolescence it will usually go away.
That's a relief, I think. I think most of my chest or man breast area is fat in nature. I sure don't have a hard area around my nipple or behind. I have several culprits that could have lead to my increased male breasts, one BEER, even light beer and that would be the effect of HOPS or so my research indicated. Two, Ranitidine a generic for Tagamet, a heartburn drug. I've been taking that lately. Three, drinking light beer and then eating some crap along with it. Four, sugary snacks. Five, Paroxetine an antidepressant. So, I have all of this going. I had been working my chest but my left shoulder is shot as are both of my wrists so chest work is painful. Anyway, I've switched from beer to whiskey which I really don't enjoy. It smells bad, tastes pretty bad, burns the throat, the stomach but it gets you there way quicker. I'd just like to be able to DRINK, to get hammered without having big man titties. Am I asking for the world?
It MIGHT go away but it MIGHT not. I was told it should go away back when I got it around your age but I still have it now in my 20's. It was extremely sore at around 13-15. For now focus on your diet and maybe see your doctor, it's normal at your age to have it but if you still have it at 15/16 (or whenever you start to slow down puberty) it probably won't go away and will need removing. Don't want to scare you but don't want to BS you either.
+MonkeyAssassin Don't do anything until you go past your teen and decide what you want to do with it. I had gyno procedure done when was around 17 back in India and I still regret it. It left a permanent scar around Areola on both sides and it's been more than 10 years and I could never remove my shirts off in public and I stopped to a public pool or enjoy time at the beach!
+MonkeyAssassin It should go away, my brother had it, but that go away, he had it like when he was 12,13,14 years old, but later it dissappeared. Unless u are fat than it is even easier, u have lipomastia...
Whey Protein and Creatine does not give you Gyno. Never has, never will. Anabolic Steroids will, the side effect of any anabolic steroid is estrogen, which is why if your going to get on gear then you absolutely must take an anti estrogen with your cycle. Otherwise you end up looking like this guy. Estrogen is the female hormone, responsible for breast development in women among other things, if it finds its way into the male body it will have the same effect, breast tissue will start to form.
actually whey and casein can cause it , espicially if they are low quality , that mean they are extracted from bad dairy , so that would boust estrogen and result a gyno , you need a grassfad whey protein non GMO or get Raw milk
GUYS GUYS!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA , THIS IS THE SEXIEST PART OF THE MALE BODY! this is sooo Hot! i can use my mouth sucking those big juicy nipples . YOU HAVE NO CLUE ! women and men turn on by a man with big nipples! so erotic! so appealing! when sucking them, so chewy and makes you really horny. DO NOT REMOVED THIS FROM YOUR BODY ! YOU JUST REMOVED YOUR SEX APPEAL
+The Gaming Pro +Troy// Since You Guys Have 15 Years Old Then Wait Until You Reach 18 Years Old If The Problem Remains Then You Need To See A Doctor And Keep In Mind That You Have 50% Chance That Your Gyno Go Away On Its Own
mine is much smaler then this guy in the video and i have much less on my right nippel. My left nippel has the same size like it did before or a bit smaller but when i feel it with my fingers i feel like a little hole in the hard thing in my left nippel.BTW i'm 15 years old
Is it just me, or does this young fellow look perfectly fine just the way he is? I had gynecomastia surgery performed by one of Manhattan's most prestigious and highly-regarded plastic surgeons. After the surgery, which was painless and performed over the course of a morning under general anesthesia, I could see some difference. I was told it would take up to 6 months---even a year--- for the final results to be fully evident. To my great disappointment, I noticed that one pec was noticeably fuller-looking, reminding me of the reason I'd had the surgery performed in the first place. I returned to the surgeon several times for post-surgery checkups. And while the doctor could not deny the disproportion of my pecs, he identified some scarring tissue inside the left pec, and attributed the imbalance to that. When I insisted that he correct the problem, he agreed to do so for a rather steep fee. As for cutting around the areola, I saw photo after photo ( consulting with other doctors) of this procedure performed on men with puffy nipples. After the surgery was performed, the nipples were no longer puffy. Instead, they looked sewn up and unappealing---in some cases, even mangled. Our culture has advanced to the point where nipples like the one shown above are considered extremely attractive and desirable. Don't mess with them. Really.
hey ,if anyone else trying to find out exercises that get rid of man boobs try Panlarko Simple Moobs Planner (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.
I got a small lump under nipple that you can't see unless you press down , it turned out to be gyno and all I took was a test booster never touched a steroid in my life and would never.... you can't even see it so surgery its needed , but its definitely not only steroids that can cause gyno
