SAINT EXPEDITE: A Few Things Hardly Mentioned

18:46
Published on Jun 12, 2018 A personal account of my dealings with Saint Expedite and the following spell that can be worked with him for just about anything you can think of that you need to occur quickly. Thank you Saint Expedite for all that you have done and continue to do! St. Expedite Spell to Get Things Fast Perform this spell on a Wednesday. Light a red/yellow candle. Place a Holy Card of St. Expedite on your altar and set a glass of water next to his image. Write your petition on a piece of paper and place it under the candle. Then, say the following prayer: Saint Expedite, you lay in rest. I come to you and ask that this wish be granted. ____________ (Express exactly what you want, and ask him to find a way to get it to you.) Expedite now what I ask of you. Expedite now what I want of you, this very second. Don't waste another day. Grant me what I ask for. I know your power, I know you because of your work. I know you can help me. Do this for me and I will spread your name with love and honor so that it will be invoked again and again. Expedite this wish with speed, love, honor, and goodness. Glory to you, Saint Expedite! Recite the prayer once a day until your prayer is answered. Allow the candle to burn down. When your request is granted, pour the water  into the empty glass candle holder, and place fresh cut flowers in the candle glass. When your request is granted, thank St. Expedite by offering him a piece of Sara Lee pound cake and be sure to tell someone how he has helped you. If you do not thank him in this manner, he will take back your request and then some, so be sure to remember this step.

CANDLE NOVENA TO SAINT CLARE OF ASSISI

04:27
More about this Novena here: http://www.boldradish.com/2011/09/candle-novena-to-saint-clare-of-assisi.html We begin by praying nine Hail Marys in front of a lighted candle. We do this for nine days. Then we pray: God of Mercy, You inspired Saint Clare with the love of poverty. By the help of her prayers, may we follow Jesus in His poverty of spirit and come to the joyful vision of Your glory in the Kingdom of Heaven. We ask this through our Lord, Jesus Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen. Blessed Saint Clare, whose very name means light, illumine the darkness of our minds and hearts so we might see what God wishes us to do, and perform it with a willing and joyful heart. Please hear my intentions, Saint Clare. (Say your intentions here.) Saint Clare, thank you for hearing me. I know that you will pray for me so I may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be praised, adored, glorified and loved today, and everyday, throughout the world, forever. Amen. That's our cat who appears at the very end of the video.

PRAYER TO SAINT JOSEPH FOR EMPLOYMENT AND JOB-GETTING

02:42
The picture of Saint Joseph shown here is a detail from a typical Italian holy card that has been used as the basis for the Lucky Mojo Curio Company's Saint Joseph novena candle label. It shows the Saint at his carpenter's work bench, holding the infant Jesus. This is the special form of Saint Joseph known as Saint Joseph the Worker who is petitioned for job-getting. On the work bench is a carpenter's try-square and a wooden box plane; the bench is also outfitted with a vise. When petitioning Saint Joseph for job-getting, it is quite common to also petition a second saint, one who is associated with or who is the Patron Saint of one's chosen occupation or field of work. For instance, a person seeking a job as an architect might petition both Saint Joseph and the Patroness of architects, Saint Barbara, while a person seeking employment as a butcher might petition both Saint Joseph for the job and Saint Anthony, who is known among other things as the Patron of butchers. Amulet manner.

POWERFUL Prayer To St. Benedict For Protection

13:03
POWERFUL Prayer To St. Benedict For Protection CATHOLICS & OTHER CHRISTIAN BELIEVERS ALL OVER THE WORLD ARE ALL UNITED IN PRAYERS. SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL & LET US SHOW THE WORLD THAT WE ARE ONE IN OUR FAITH. St. Benedict’s Protection — A Lifetime of Defeating the Devil Pope Gregory I, also known as St. Gregory the Great, detailed St. Benedict’s encounters with the devil as part of his four-part book series, The Dialogues. Here are some examples of how St. Benedict defeated the devil. The Miracle of the Poisoned Wine After living in solitude for a few years, St. Benedict was discovered by a group of monks who asked him to organize their monastery and become their abbot, or leader. Soon, however, the monks rejected St. Benedict’s leadership, feeling it was too strict and devised a plan to poison him. The monks offered St. Benedict a cup of poisoned wine, but before drinking it, St. Benedict — who greatly venerated the Holy Cross — blessed the cup with the sign of the cross. The cup immediately broke into pieces and his life was spared St. Benedict retreated back to his life of solitude, telling the monks “May Almighty God have mercy on you, and forgive you.” Saint Benedict eventually went on to establish 12 monasteries and became known as the “Father of western monasticism”. The Black Bird During his time in seclusion, St. Benedict was visited by the devil, disguised as a blackbird. The blackbird flew very close to him, hovering near his face. Aware that this was the devil, St. Benedict blessed himself with the sign of the cross and the bird immediately flew away. Soon after, the devil tempted St. Benedict with the memory of a woman he once knew. He was so overcome by desire for this woman that he was tempted to leave his life of chastity. Suddenly, St. Benedict spotted large thorn bushes nearby and threw himself into them in the hopes of extinguishing his desire. When he got up, his flesh was badly torn and scratched, but he overcame his temptation. St. Benedict believed it was God’s grace that helped him resist the temptation of his flesh and avoid sin. He later described that by the wounds of his body he cured the wounds of his soul. St. Benedict Moves a Large Stone by the Power of Prayer St. Benedict once again drove the devil away on a day when the monks were busy building a new monastery. As the monks were moving stones to use in the building of the structure, they came across a large stone that they weren’t able to lift. The group of monks repeatedly tried to move the stone, without success. They realized the devil was sitting on the stone, preventing it from being used in the building of the monastery. St. Benedict arrived and after praying, drove the devil away and was able to pick up the stone himself with little effort. There is nothing more powerful than a prayer, like this Saint Benedict Prayer IF YOU HAVE A PRAYER REQUEST, THE PRAYER WARRIORS WILL BE GLAD TO HELP YOU. St. Joseph of Cupertino HD

03:14
St. Joseph was born in 1603 at Cupertino, in the diocese of Nardo in the Kingdom of Naples. After spending his childhood and adolescence in simplicity and innocence, he finally joined the Franciscan Friars Minor Conventual. After his ordination to the holy priesthood, he gave himself up entirely to a life of devotion to the Lord and his church. His deep devotional life led him to the kind of holiness which is forged through humility, voluntary mortification, and obedience. He was consecrated to the Blessed Virgin Mary and promoted devotion to her among all classes of people as wonderful path to a deeper Christian life and love for Jesus Christ. It is said that his mother often considered him a nuisance and treated him harshly. Joseph was purported to be slow to learn and absent-minded. He was said to frequently wander aimlessly, with his mouth gaping open. And, he had a bad temper, so, he was not at all popular. He tried to learn the trade of shoemaking, but failed. He asked to become a Franciscan, but they initially would not accept him. Finally he did join the Capuchins. However, for a very short period of time. Eight months later, they sent him away. Sources say it was because he could not seem to do anything right. He dropped piles of dishes and kept forgetting to do what he was told. His mother was not at all pleased to have the eighteen-year-old Joseph back home again, so she finally got him accepted as a servant at the Franciscan monastery. He was given the friars habit and put to hard work taking care of the horses. About this time, Joseph began to change. He grew in humility and gentleness, fruits of the Holy Spirit at work in a person. He became more careful and successful at his work. He also began to pray more do more voluntary acts of penance. Finally, he was able to enter the Franciscan order and, eventually, study for the priesthood. Although he was a good and holy friar, he had a very hard time with studies. During his seminary exams, the examiner happened to ask him to explain the only thing he knew well, and so he was ordained a deacon, and later a priest. Saint Death (2009): On the first day of each month, thousands of people flock to a house in Mexico City. They bring offerings of candles and fruit, tequila and marijuana. The cult has spread quickly amongst Mexico City’s underworld. ‘It started in jail’ tells anthropologist Syvia Gutierrez. She believes those who feel rejected by the church, find comfort here. ‘Criminals, homosexuals, they all come to her, she has no prejudices…we all face her together.’ Father Enriquez has been tracking the cult’s dramatic growth but he remains confident followers will always return to the Church. ‘When they realise it is all fake, they abandon it.’ SBS Australia – Ref. 4410 Journeyman Pictures is your independent source for the world's most powerful films, exploring the burning issues of today. Prayer to Saint Valentine HD

01:55
Dear Lord, who art high in the Heavens, Giver of Love and Passion, And He who strings the heart's cords, Lead the Lovers this day, February ten plus four. The day during the month of two, When the date is the perfect number of God Greater two souls and two hearts. Some Loves are fleeting , But that which is built on you will never fail. So guide the Lovers to know what is to be. Your truths the Lovers' mouths should speak, For Your truth is that which is honest to the heart. Only this, then, should pass over the red lips of the Lovers. Your art, the Lovers simply a medium. It is only with True Hearts that You can create a Masterpiece, So let the Lovers remember that their Soul's Desire Is the one for which You light their Fire. And let it be You who creates the Art of the Lovers; The art of two into one. Amen. LIGHT A CANDLE FOR YOUR SPECIAL INTENTIONS YOUR $1.00 DONATION IS A BIG HELP TO OUR PRAYER WARRIOR COMMUNITY. WE LIFT UP YOUR GENEROUS SUPPORT TO THE LORD JESUS. THANK YOU. http://tinyurl.com/prayerwarriorfunds In the lighting of candles, we remember and truly live the words of Our Lord: "I am the Light of the World." In the lighting of candles we not only pray, but our prayers become smaller symbols of the One Light of Christ. In burning candles, our prayers rise up to Heaven day and night; prayers for the saint's intercession are also common because of their friendship with God in Heaven. Saints are powerful intercessors. The lighting of candles has been observed since the era of the early martyrs. The Catholic custom of lighting candles is rooted in Church teaching that Christ is the Light of the World. Candles serve as an outward sign of the light of faith burning in our hearts. They help us to draw into communion with the Living Christ. They are our silent sentinels lifting up our prayer intentions to the Lord for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Through an offering, you may have a candle lit as a way of entrusting your special intentions before the Lord. Advent Wreath Prayer HD

03:04
The following are the Advent wreath prayers that change every week. They are prayed at the lighting of each candle every day during Advent. Week One: The first candle is lit, and the prayer for the first week is said. Priest: Let us pray. Stir up Thy might, we beg Thee, O Lord, and come, so that we may escape through Thy protection and be saved by Thy help from the dangers that threaten us because of our sins. Who livest and reignest for ever and ever. All: Amen. During the first week one candle is left burning during the evening meal, at prayers or at bedtime. Week Two: Two candles are lit on the second Sunday and allowed to burn as before. The prayer for the week is: Priest: Let us pray. O Lord, stir up our hearts that we may prepare for Thy only begotten Son, that through His coming we may be made worthy to serve Thee with pure souls. Through the same Christ our Lord. All: Amen. Week Three: Three candles, including the rose candle, are lit on Gaudete, the third Sunday, and during that week. The following prayer is said: Priest: Let us pray. We humbly beg Thee, O Lord, to listen to our prayers; and by the grace of Thy coming bring light into our darkened minds. Who livest and reignest for ever and ever. All: Amen. Week Four: All four candles are lit on the fourth Sunday and allowed to burn as before. The prayer said the fourth week is: Priest: Let us pray. Stir up Thy might, we pray Thee, O Lord, and come; rescue us through Thy great strength so that salvation, which has been hindered by our sins, may be hastened by the grace of Thy gentle mercy. Who livest and reignest for ever and ever. All: Amen. Support Catholic Online by Subscribing to our Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/catholiconl... St. Christopher HD

04:29
Saint Christopher is one of the most popular, yet most enigmatic Catholic figures. He is considered a saint, although he is not in the official canon of the saints. He is listed as a martyr, possibly named Reprobus, who died under the Roman Emperor Decius, in 251 AD. Most Catholics refer to him as Saint Christopher anyway, and his medals and devotions are among the most common in Catholicism. Other than his listing as a martyr, there are no primary sources referring to St. Christopher, only legends. According to legend, St. Christopher was extremely tall, and by some accounts he was even a giant! He is referred to as a Canaanite. We think this is unlikely, but he was surely a man of significant physical stature. Christopher decided one day that he wanted to serve the greatest king he could. He presented himself before his local ruler and entered service, until he noticed the king cross himself at the mention of the devil, revealing that the king believed the Devil to have more power. St. Christopher then decided to serve the Devil. During his search, he encountered a band of thieves, whose leader referred to himself as the Devil. But when this leader avoided a Christian cross out of fear, St. Christopher learned there was someone even more powerful than the Devil. St. Christopher found a hermit who taught him all about Christ, the King of Kings. The hermit suggested that he spend his life in prayer and fasting, a thing which St. Christopher, a large and probably often hungry man found difficult, he objected. The hermit suggested he then find something else that would please Christ. St. Christopher offered to work at a nearby river, and help travelers across. The fording was dangerous and many with less strength people had drowned. The hermit advised St. Christopher this would please Christ. One day, a child approached St. Christopher by the river and asked to be helped across. St. Christopher obliged. However, as he entered midstream, the river rose and the child's weight grew and became extremely heavy. It was only by great exertion that St. Christopher safely delivered the child to the other side. When St. Christopher asked the child why he was so heavy, the child explained that He was the Christ and when St. Christopher carried Him, he also carried the weight of the whole world on his shoulders. The child then vanished. Other legends state that St. Christopher traveled after this experience and evangelized thousands of people. Arriving in Lycia in Asia Minor, and witnessing to Christians there who were being martyred. At that time, St. Christopher was detained and ordered to offer a sacrifice to the emperor. When he refused, it was decided to attempt to persuade him with money and women. Two women were sent to seduce him, but instead he converted them to Christianity. After this, it was decided to have him killed, but various attempts to assassinate him failed. Eventually, he was arrested and beheaded. The name "Christopher" means Christ-bearer, and may allude to the legend of the man carrying the Christ Child across the river. Saint Christopher also did not become popularized in the Church until the 7th century, about three centuries after his supposed death. We know of his popularity because around the 7th century, churches and monasteries began to be named after him. This adds credibility to the supposition that St. Christopher was merely a legendary figure and not a real person. There is also speculation that St. Christopher could have also been confused with St. Menas, an Egyptian saint. Both Christopher and Menas are referred to as "Christ bearers" and are patrons of travelers. St. Christopher is the patron saint of travelers and of children. His feast day is July 25. Because he is not officially recognized by the Church, he has no date of beatification or canonization. Despite these technicalities, it is widely thought that he was real and that he continues to intercede on behalf of Christians, especially children, today. St. Gianna Beretta Molla HD

03:20
St. Gianna Beretta Molla was an Italian pediatrician born in Magenta, Italy on October 4, 1922. As a young girl, Gianna openly accepted her faith and the Catholic-Christian education her loving parents provided. In 1942, Gianna began to study medicine in Milan. She was a diligent and hardworking student, both at the university and in her faith. She earned degrees in medicine and surgery from the University of Pavia in 1949, and in 1950 opened a medical office. In 1952, Gianna specialized in pediatrics at the University of Milan and was soon drawn toward mothers, babies, the elderly and the poor. She chose the vocation of marriage and dedicated herself toward "forming a truly Christian family." In December 1954, Gianna met Pietro Molla and the couple was married in September 1955. Gianna had three children by 1959. When Gianna became pregnant with her fourth child in 1961, doctors discovered a tumor in her uterus. She was given three choices: an abortion, a complete hysterectomy, or the removal of the tumor. For her child, Gianna opted to remove only the tumor. Her child's life was saved, for which Gianna graciously thanked the Lord. However, after the operation, complications continued throughout her pregnancy. A few days before the baby was to be born, Gianna clearly expressed to her family: "If you must decide between me and the child, do not hesitate: choose the child. I insist on it. Save the baby." On April 21, 1962, Gianna Emanuela Molla was delivered by Caesarean section. The doctors tried to ensure both lives would be saved, but a week after the baby was born, Gianna passed away from an infection. Gianna was beatified by Pope John Paul II in 1994 and canonized in 2004. Her husband and their children attended her canonization ceremony, making this the first time a husband witnessed his wife's canonization. St. Gianna Beretta Molla is the patron saint of mothers, physicians, and unborn children. Her feast day is celebrated on April 28. Prayer to St. Raphael, Angel of Happy Meetings HD

02:01
O Raphael, lead us towards those we are waiting for, those who are waiting for us! Raphael, Angel of Happy Meetings, lead us by the hand towards those we are looking for! May all our movements, all their movements, be guided by your Light and transfigured by your Joy. Angel Guide of Tobias, lay the request we now address to you at the feet of Him on whose unveiled Face you are privileged to gaze. Lonely and tired, crushed by the separations and sorrows of earth, we feel the need of calling to you and of pleading for the protection of your wings, so that we may not be as strangers in the Province of Joy, all ignorant of the concerns of our country. Remember the weak, you who are strong--you whose home lies beyond the region of thunder, in a land that is always peaceful, always serene, and bright with the resplendent glory of God. Amen. St. Agatha HD

02:59
St. Agatha, also known as Agatha of Sicily, is one of the most highly venerated virgin martyrs of the Catholic Church. She is believed to be born around 231 in either Catania or Palermo, Sicily From her very early years, the beautiful Agatha became a consecrated virgin. But that did not stop men from desiring her. Quintianus desired Agatha and because he was of high diplomatic ranking, thought he could force her to turn away from her vow. Agatha consistently turned down his proposals. Knowing she was a Christian during the persecution of Decius, he had her arrested and brought before the judge. He was the Judge. Because she only reaffirmed her belief in God, Quintianus had her imprisoned in a brothel. Agatha never lost her confidence in God, even after a month of assaults and efforts to get her to abandon her vow to God. Enraged, Quintianus sent her off to a prison. Agatha continued to proclaim Jesus as her Savior. So, Quintianus ordered her to be tortured. Noticing Agatha was enduring the torture with a sense of cheer, he commanded she be subjected to a worse form of torture. He then sent her back to prison with an order of no food or medical attention. But the Lord was her Sacred Physician and protector. Agatha then had a vision of the apostle, St. Peter, who healed her wounds through his prayers. After four days, Quintianus had her stripped and rolled over hot coals mixed with sharp shards. When she was returned to prison, Agatha prayed, "Lord, my Creator, you have ever protected me from the cradle; you have taken me from the love of the world and given me patience to suffer: receive now my soul." Agatha is believed to have passed into Heaven around the year 251. St. Agatha is the patron saint of Sicily, bellfounders, breast cancer patients, rape victims, and wet nurses. She is also considered a powerful intercessor when people suffer from fires. Her feast day is celebrated on February 5. St. Catherine of Alexandria HD

03:06
Saint Catherine of Alexandria is a canonized saint in the Catholic Church who, per Christian tradition, was martyred around 305 in Alexandria, Egypt. Of course, the Church of the first Millennium was undivided. She is also recognized as the Great Martyr and Saint by the Orthodox Church. There are no surviving primary sources attesting to her existence, but the fact that her memory, and the stories about her, have been kept alive - and handed down in the tradition - certainly confirm her existence, and her life of heroic virtue and holiness. The young saint was born around 287 in Alexandria, Egypt. At that time, Alexandria was one of the finest cities in the world, and a center of learning and culture as well as faith. Christian tradition states she was of noble birth, possibly a princess. As a member of the nobility, she was also educated and was an avid scholar. Around the age of fourteen, she experienced a moving vision of Mary and the infant Jesus, and she decided to become a Christian. Although she was a teenager, she was very intelligent and gifted. When the emperor Maxentius began persecuting Christians, Catherine visited him to denounce his cruelty. Rather than order her execution, Maxentius summoned fifty orators and philosophers to debate her. However, Catherine was moved by the power of the Holy Spirit and spoke eloquently in defense of her faith. Her words were so moving that several of the pagans converted to Christianity and were immediately executed. Unable to defeat her rhetorically or to intimidate her into giving up her belief, the emperor ordered her to be tortured and imprisoned. Give me your prayer requests here, please: http://www.boldradish.com/2014/07/leave-your-prayer-request-in-comments.html I understand your feeling about computer voices. Many share your feelings. Watching the video with the sound off is an option. Personally, I like hearing prayers read by the computer voice. It speaks slowly and impersonally, so I can concentrate on the meaning of the prayer. "To St. Anne, God has given the power to aid in every necessity, because Jesus, her Divine Grandchild according to the flesh, will refuse her no petition, and Mary, her glorious daughter, supports her every request. Those who venerate good St. Anne shall want for nothing, either in this life or the next. . . ." —Abbot Trithemius PRAYER TO SAINT ANNE TO OBTAIN A SPECIAL FAVOR O glorious St. Ann, you are filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer! Heavily burdened with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present intention which I recommend to you in your special care. (State your intention here.) Please recommend it to your daughter, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and place it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy issue. Continue to intercede for me until my request is granted. But, above all, obtain for me the grace one day to see my God face to face, and with you and Mary and all the saints to praise and bless Him for all eternity. Amen. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee; Blessed are thou among women, And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, Now, and at the hour of our death. Amen. O Jesus, Holy Mary, St. Ann, help me now and at the hour of my death. Good St. Ann, intercede for me. (It's fine to watch this video with the sound off. I prefer it that way.)

St. Martin de Porres HD

02:47
St Martin de Porres was beatified by Pope Gregory XVI on October 29, 1837 and he was canonized by Pope John XXIII on May 6, 1962. He feast day is November 3rd. St. Martin de Porres was born in Lima, Peru on December 9, 1579. Martin was the illegitimate son to a Spanish gentlemen and a freed slave from Panama, of African or possibly Native American descent. At a young age, Martin's father abandoned him, his mother and his younger sister, leaving Martin to grow up in deep poverty. After spending just two years in primary school, Martin was placed with a barber/surgeon where he would learn to cut hair and the medical arts. As Martin grew older, he experienced a great deal of ridicule for being of mixed-race. In Peru, by law, all descendants of African or Indians were not allowed to become full members of religious orders. Martin, who spent long hours in prayer, found his only way into the community he longed for was to ask the Dominicans of Holy Rosary Priory in Lima to accept him as a volunteer who performed the most menial tasks in the monastery. In return, he would be allowed to wear the habit and live within the religious community. When Martin was 15, he asked for admission into the Dominican Convent of the Rosary in Lima and was received as a servant boy and eventually was moved up to the church officer in charge of distributing money to deserving poor. During his time in the Convent, Martin took on his old trades of barbering and healing. He also worked in the kitchen, did laundry and cleaned. After eight more years with the Holy Rosary, Martin was granted the privilege to take his vows as a member of the Third Order of Saint Dominic by the prior Juan de Lorenzana who decided to disregard the law restricting Martin based on race. However, not all of the members in the Holy Rosary were as open-minded as Lorenzana; Martin was called horrible names and mocked for being illegitimate and descending from slaves. Martin grew to become a Dominican lay brother in 1603 at the age of 24. Ten years later, after he had been presented with the religious habit of a lay brother, Martin was assigned to the infirmary where he would remain in charge until his death. He became known for encompassing the virtues need to carefully and patiently care for the sick, even in the most difficult situations. Martin was praised for his unconditional care of all people, regardless of race or wealth. He took care of everyone from the Spanish nobles to the African slaves. Martin didn't care if the person was diseased or dirty, he would welcome them into his own home. Support Catholic Online by Subscribing to our Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/catholiconl...
