Street Workout - Do These Outdoor Exercises in a Park Near You
Hello people! This time, I'm going to show you what I randomize my usual routine with. And this is something I really love - working out outdoors. You don't need a gym to look good, you don't need free weights either. You can achieve great results using those exercises, you just need to be persistent. Be sure that this workout will burn fat and increase functional strength fast. No weights necessary! Perform the routine with little to no rest between each exercise. THE WORKOUT Pull-ups - A pull-up is a compound, pull-type exercise which works a large number of muscles in your back, shoulders, and arms at the same time. Sets: 4 Reps: 10 Rest: 20 seconds between each set Rope Jumping - Jumping the rope is a tried and true method for improving conditioning and coordination. If you have never jumped rope before, you can expect a challenge. The rope can be frustrating to a beginner. You will not become proficient with the rope overnight. It takes time and practice. Sets: 3 Duration: 3 min (1 min/set) Rest: 30 seconds between each set Dips - The best chest exercises for MEN focus on growing chest muscle as quickly and efficiently as possible and at the same time, widening the chest to give you that unstoppable masculine look. Sets: 4 Reps: 12 Rest: 20 seconds between each set Push-ups - The beauty of the push-up is that you can do it anywhere, anytime. It's a great all-encompassing exercise that hits not only your arms and chest but also gets a burn going in your core. Sets: 3 Reps: 20 Rest: 40 seconds between each set Abs - Hanging leg raises Sets: 4 Reps: 15 Rest: 30 seconds between each set Rings - that's for stretching our body after workout Sets:4 Duration: 1 min each set New videos every week! He says lock out on all the workouts which means perform full range of motion. For the dips he suggests lean as much forward as possible, this will help with anyone working towards planche dips. For the push ups he does diamonds but keeps one leg raised really high in the air. Prepare to change your mind. This outdoor bodyweight workout is a simple, effective way to work your whole body—without any machinery or extra equipment. Take this workout to the park, the playground, or the woods. The outdoor bodyweight workout is designed for men and women and suits particularly beginner. It is perfect for those who have always wondered how to burn fat fast but were stuck in the mindset of thinking that traditional steady state cardio was the answer. In fact, because of the involvement of multiple muscle groups that this workout provides over plain treadmill walking or running, you can expect to burn more calories per minute than you would otherwise. Give it your best for these 15 minutes and you’ll see that your energy expenditure and caloric burn can be significant. Each exercise should be performed 40 seconds before resting for 20 seconds. During the work phase, do as many repetitions a possible. I'll be demonstrating how to do each exercise, then we'll go through an entire round together. I got my trusty sidekick Mojo with me as well to make sure the squirrels don't get at me. Now, let's get started: 0:56 - Exercises #1: "Butt Kickers" for 10 reps on each leg. 1:29 - Exercise #2 - Crunches for 10 reps. 2:09 - Exercise #3 - Leg Swings for 10 reps on each leg at both angles. 2:41 - Exercises #4 - Lateral 3 Step for 10 reps to each side. 3:08 - Exercises #5 - Air Squats for 10 reps. All these exercises are done in a circuit - meaning back-to-back with no rest in between them. After completing all 5 exercises, take about 60-90 seconds of rest, then do another round. You can incorporate this cardio workout into your routine when the weather is nice, but I think exercising outdoors, even if it's a little chilly, beats a dirty exercise machine in a smelly gym any day. The best thing about this workout is that you only need a pair of running shoes and a nice, wide set of stairs. If you live in the city, you probably have a flight of stairs nearby that will work. For instance, I used the steps of the state capitol building. The workout consists of five different exercises, done for 10 sets of about 50 feet each. It's tough, but it's going to challenge your cardiovascular endurance, your balance, and your coordination. So, it's not only great for overall conditioning, but also for overall fitness!

JC here and in today's video I'm going to show you how to get after it outside, with no formal planned workout. One of the keys to building lean - ripped muscle and developing six pack abs is to constantly challenge yourself to new types of training. When you train outside or in a different environment, you limit your options and have to improvise. When you're at the same gym you always train at, it's human nature to want to use the machines/exercises you're use to. Today's Tire Circuit: 1. Decline Push-ups on Tire: 10-20 reps 2. Deadlift in Tire: 10-20 reps 3. Tire flips: 5 forward, 5 back 4. Delcine Tire Pillar: 50 seconds 5. Reverse Plank: 50 seconds 4 Total Sets, Only Rest is Transition to one exercise to another The Ripped Man training systems is all about showing you non traditional - unique ways to constantly challenge your body & mind. Because a lot of training is about the mind. You have to develop a mindset that no weight or exercise is too hard...that you own any challenge that you encounter. But another part of the mindset is getting amped up for your workouts, going to bed excited about waking up early to train.
