Hi guys, Dominik here. I am so excited to tell you that I have yet ANOTHER incredible gift that I know you will be very excited about as well.
First, I want to get a little vulnerable with you. I have never shared this before because honestly, I didn’t think anyone would care and I was a little embarrassed about this.
Before reaching this Master level of calisthenics skill and living a full on professional life as an Athlete and a coach, I was a different person.
I was shy, I had zero confidence, and most importantly… I didn’t BELIEVE in myself (quite frankly I didn’t have any reason TO believe in myself or so I thought, I had a spark and a dream but I had no idea of how to realise it…)
When I first started my training in calisthenics, I thought it would be IMPOSSIBLE to accomplish the movements that I wanted so badly to master and that I now do. But after years of training (and failing), I finally got to the level where I wanted to be and something I’d NEVER expect happened.
Suddenly my whole life changed. Seeing progress in real-time motivated me to work harder, not only in calisthenics but in EVERY aspect of my life. I was beginning to BELIEVE in myself.
I began to work harder on building relationships with my family, to work harder on growing in my career, and to work harder on bettering my life OVERALL.
All aspects of my life began to change. I was CONFIDENT that I could accomplish difficult tasks, and I finally saw that power of PUTTING IN THE WORK.
This is far and away the most incredible benefit I’ve received from calisthenics since the beginning and I am SO grateful for beginning this journey.
So with that said, I hope this encourages YOU to continue to train your ASS off so that you can not only become a master in calisthenics... but so that you can become an unstoppable human being OVERALL.
It took me years to realize that I wasn’t the only one with these problems. Before I knew it, I noticed my close friends around me suffering from the same issues I used to.
This is where my friend Sami comes into the story some of you also know him as Aurelius, but his birth name is Sami.
Sami is a great person but had trouble staying motivated in the gym and at home, and was INCREDIBLY under confident. Even though he was a hard worker and a genuine, kind guy he still suffered from a lack of confidence and a lack of belief in himself... I KNEW that if he started training the RIGHT way that it would change his life forever.
I introduced him to calisthenics one Saturday afternoon and shared with him how it changed my life. He later became my business partner and is right now a vital part of the Dominik Sky brand but that’s a story for another time.
After introducing him to calisthenics, within just a couple of days Sami was HOOKED just like me but he felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. He was afraid of getting injured, and he felt like it would be impossible to stay motivated enough to reach the highest levels of calisthenics. He was desperately watching youtube videos after youtube videos, but they all seemed to have conflicting information and he wasn’t progressing nearly as fast as he wanted to.
When I started first training him, I immediately noticed a key piece to the puzzle that Sami was missing. No matter how hard he tried, he was a busy guy and just could not keep to a training schedule he did everything on the fly and didn’t have structure. Sami would not stick to a program and sometimes go days or even weeks without training, and before he knew it he was right back where he started.
I continued to tell him… the number one most IMPORTANT part of your training is to be CONSISTENT With the schedule. This is the ONLY way to bring results.
Without consistency, you will fail…
After training hundreds of clients, I’ve realized that the most important reason why people fail is that they aren’t CONSISTENT in their training and they lack a weekly/monthly/yearly training game plan.
I developed a scheduling system for Sami so that he could easily work his training into his busy schedule. Over the years, I have perfected that scheduling system… and now I am sharing it with you completely free. Sami still had a long way to go… but he eventually became the MASTERFUL CALISTHENICS ATHLETE he’d always wanted to be. He now swears that calisthenics changed his life in SO many ways, just like me.
